The story behind Ristorante la Vela is as unique as the food we serve. A mixture of passion, determination and hard work, paved the way for our restaurant over a decade ago.

Ristorante La Vela as a concept was conceived by Michelle Muscat back in 2008. Accountant by profession, Muscat comes from a food-loving family with a long history in the catering business. La Vela started out as a hobby, however by time, it became a full-time job infused with much passion and dedication.

Through persistence and hard work, Michelle Muscat along with her team of talented chefs, created a place where wonder and amazement are merged into one, a place where you can enjoy a lovely meal and a great time.

This popular dining spot is not only known for its atmospheric ambience, but also for the wonderful dishes which are served to customers. Ristorante La Vela is known for hosting a number of celebrities including many popular singers, actors and football personalities from all over the world.

Meet Our Dedicated Chefs
Enrico

Originally from Scicli, Ragusa where he studied the art of cooking, Enrico has joined the restaurant when he was 21 years old. He has grown with the restaurant for the past nine years and with his unlimited passion and dedication Enrico has proven time after time his talent for cooking.

Enrico is our head chef and together with Vincenzo he is pleasantly surprising our customers with new specialities each week.

Vincenzo

Vincenzo is from Ispica, Sicily, and has been with La Vela for over five years now. His delicious dishes speak for his love and passion for food loud and clear. Coming from Ispica, where he went to catering school, Vincenzo has not only knowledge and skills but also great intuition.

The art of combining flavours and creating mouthwatering compositions has no secrets from him, which he has proven many times.

Das Ristorante Liberty konnte sich im Landkreis Erding bei mehreren Testergebnissen von den anderen Lokalen absetzen und überzeugte mit einer hervorragenden gastronomischen Leistung. Das Liberty Restaurant erreichte Bestwerte in den Bereichen Speisen, Service, Ambiente und Sauberkeit.

Wer das Land Italien und seine Kulinarik liebt und gerne typisch italienische Speisen genießen möchte, ist in unserem Restaurant genau richtig! Unsere italienische Pizzeria wird seit langer Zeit als Familienbetrieb geführt und am 07. März 2020 neu eröffnet. Der bisherige Besitzer übergibt das Lokal innerhalb der engen Familie an eine neue Eigentümerin, womit das Lokal nach wie vor im Besitz der renommierten Familie verbleibt.

Das Restaurant Ritter la Famiglia kann als ein typisch italienisches Lokal bezeichnet werden. Das kleine, aber feine Restaurant befindet sich in guter Lage in Ubstadt. Mit der Neueröffnung erhält das Lokal auch eine neue Speisekarte, welche den Fokus auf köstliche Pizza-Spezialitäten legt. Im Laufe der Zeit soll die Speisekarte stets erweitert werden, sodass auch andere typisch italienische Delikatessen ins Repertoire aufgenommen werden können. Der Pizzerbäcker des Hauses verfügt über eine 25-jährige Erfahrung und bringt sein wertvolles Know-How wunderbar im Restaurant ein.

Alla base di questo progetto c’è un approccio rispettoso ed etico verso il mare, che si traduce in un amore profondo per la materia prima, accompagnato da un’accurata selezione di prodotti provenienti dagli orti locali.

Ogni giorno nella nostra lavagna troverete prodotti diversi, in base a ciò che il mare ci offre.

LA NOSTRA FILOSOFIA

Fao37 nasce dall’idea di due grandi amici pescatori, uniti dalla volontà di valorizzare il pescato povero del bacino dell’Adriatico.

Fabio e Christian amano il mare in modo viscerale e si dedicano ogni giorno alla selezione del pescato fresco, che poi trasformano in autentiche creazioni culinarie, valorizzando al massimo ogni ingrediente.

Osteria tipica con cucina. Dalla birra alla spina a ottimi vini della casa e di mescita, fino a un dopo cena con degli ottimi e ricercati cocktail.

Da noi puoi provare degustazioni di salumi, bolliti, formaggi e sottoli di prodotti selezionati cercando di valorizzare i piccoli produttori.

Le restaurant

Les pâtes fait maison sont préparées dans la plus pure tradition italienne.

On y vient pour manger les «raviolis maison», les «trofie aux brocolis», mais aussi une variation de mets d'une cuisine colorée et pétillante, aux parfums ensoleillés d'Italie. On y vient aussi pour déguster les pizzas savoureuses qui contribuent à la renommée de la maison.
On y vient surtout pour passer un moment agréable en famille ou entre amis dans un cadre chaleureux.
