Just as our name suggests, Rosso Vino specialises in Italian wines of only the finest quality. Here you can expect, our fine wines and liqueurs to be paired with authentic, traditional Italian cooking helmed by our Chef de Cuisine Francesco Serra.
The restaurant is situated right by the Singapore river, boasting amazing views as you sit by our al-fresco lounge. Seating up to 100pax, the restaurant is suitable for celebrations, private dinners, parties and corporate events.

Concept
Complete with an al fresco bar and outdoor seating, the restaurant has a capacity of 100 pax. Feel at home in the cosy interiors, decorated to represent rustic Italy or relax the by tree lined sidewalk of Robertson Quay. Food
Inspired by the homely creations of a Nonna’s kitchen, our kitchen focuses on using only the freshest, locally sourced ingredients. Our menu focuses on authentic traditional Italian classics, catered to warm the tummies of our guests.
Some of our chef signatures include, our homemade Trofie Al Ragu, pizzas and signature tomahawk steak.
We also cater to gluten-free and vegetarian diets.
Team
Founded by Executive Chef Toni Familiari, who has worked in kitchens across the globe. Armed with more than 30 years of kitchen experience, Rosso Vino represented his vision of homely Italian food in the midst of a bustling metropolitan city. Heading the kitchen currently is Chef Francesco Serra. With stints cooking in the UK and different restaurants in Singapore, Chef Francesco aims: “to present quality and the simple taste of Italian cuisine in fun quirky ways”.
