Our chef is creating all dishes using the best available ingredients, from extra virgin olive oil to home-made pastas and from freshly imported Italian tomatoes to live lobsters.

The bread is hot and freshly baked every day. Bite on our hand-made pastas and your palate will be filled with a variety of flavors released by our carefully prepared sauces. Our pizza comes with a variety of toppings ranging from fresh roman tomatoes, basil, truffle cream, porcini, anchovies, salami and mozzarella cheese; all of which are simply irresistible.

Our cellar offers a wide selection of Italian wines: well-known labels from Piedmont, Tuscany, Veneto, Sicily and many others have been chosen by our sommelier to complement our dishes and enhance their flavor.
